Glory dressing has been one of our favourite recipes for many years already... Easy to make, incredibly delicious, and completely surprising!
A few years ago, when Shane and I worked for Canadian Mountain Holidays at Galena lodge, our wonderful, wonderful chef, Valerie, brought this recipe along. It was originally published in Whitewater Cooks' cookbooks. We had a crew of about 20 construction workers onsite for the summer and even they would eat salad twice daily, just to have some of this dressing. Think I'm exagerating? Alright, then try it for yourself!
1/3 cup Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Water
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon Tahini
1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
1 1/2 cup Canola oil (not olive)
Mix together in a blender and serve. Enjoy!
